Vester Flanagan , the name of the supposed shooter in Virginia. Vester is short for Sylvester. Odd coincidence there is an old book featuring a “Sylvester Flanagan” plus a shooting of three people in order to influence a vote. Book titled: “The Merchant of Killogue” from the year 1894 by F.M. Allen.
